J. Eric King

     J. Eric King was introduced to the joys of writing during college in the mid to late nineties. He concluded his education at The Ohio State University where he received a master’s degree in pathology and completed his training as a certified Pathologists’ Assistant.

As his interest in writing fiction grew, he set out to study the craft by completing three novels and multiple short stories over the next ten years. In his first title release, Byron Carmichael Book One: The human corpse trade, the first in a young adult mystery series, King states that his career and experience working as a pathologists' assistant in surgical pathology has influenced his writing and has helped him sharpen his usage of detailed and descriptive writing.

This novel also shows the greatest influence by his career. King is currently working on the second novel of the Byron Carmichael series in Central Ohio where he lives with his family.
